Jim's Express Car Wash

Yeah It's Me 3 months ago

My SUV needed a good wash so I decided to go to Jim’s Express car wash this morning. I saw Facebook post about how they made some changes so I was definitely curious! The staff was friendly and carefully guided me into the bay where my selected package cleaned my ride from top to bottom. Afterwards, I took advantage the free vacuum services to suction up the random pebbles and debris on my floorboard. Now, my SUV looks showroom good again!

This place is wonderful. I had a great short( on my way to Radcliff Church Of God)talk with Billy here. I was so happy with the power of the vacuums and his courtesy on father's day I offered $20 as a tip. I didn't have less to offer at the time but he refused and said he appreciated the offer. The wash with 'new chemicals' did a great job at removing the muck from my Honda and I am impressed with the tire shine. Thanks guys for having a great service here in Radcliff. Happy father's day Billy 💙

Been to this several times now and the staff always goes out of their way to ensure its a great experience every time. I usually travel a great distance to turn in vehicles at Fort Knox and the staff always goes out of their way to accommodate my needs outside of the auto wash. I will recommend this location to anybody and will always ensure that my cadre use this establishment when bringing vehicles to Fort Knox.

This place used to be great. Apparently they are under "new management" and the bar for the staff has been lowered. I'm specifically talking about the man mentioned in other recent reviews (and pictures.) I'm not sure what kind of illicit substances he uses, but they do nothing for his mood nor his wit. "Rude" and "unprofessional" are polite ways to describe his customer service. If I were in charge of this business, he'd be nowhere near my customers. He is a disaster waiting to happen. And given the abhorrent responses from the (owner) seen in similar reviews, I feel like this business needs more bad publicity. I can't wait to see the retort.
